Stop by the Hall Foyer starting at 1:45 PM—before or after Assembly—to grab a jar and support our school.

Jars are $20 each, and both cash and EFTPOS will be accepted.

We are excited to offer delicious honey harvested straight from our very own school beehive!

We have 30 jars (500g) available for $20 each.

You can purchase your jar at the school office during the following times:

• Morning: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM

• Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Term 3 Holiday Basketball Programme at SMCS

We are pleased to share details for the upcoming Term 3 Holiday Basketball Programme held right here at St Michael’s Catholic School!

Programme Details:

• Dates: Monday, 5 October – Friday, 9 October
• Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm daily
• Venue: St Michael’s Catholic School
• Ages: 7–13 years

Pricing & Special Discount:

• Standard Rate: $50 per day
• St Michael’s Student Rate: $45 per day (or $200 for the full 5-day week)

How to Register:

You can register your child by emailing beyondsportclub@hotmail.com or visiting beyondbasketball.co.nz.

Please remember to mention that your child attends St Michael’s when registering to secure the discounted rate.

On Friday 11th September 2026, we are taking part in Superhero Friday, a nationwide fundraiser run by Kenzie's Gift, a New Zealand charity that supports children and young people affected by grief or serious illness.

What the day looks like:

• Children can wear superhero accessories with their uniform
• Classes will take part in a workshop to give them tools for managing tough emotions
